The minutes of April 3, 2007 were read and accepted. Ray Korny explained a new way to make out abutter's lists. He said the Board of Assessors would give us a list of abutters within three hundred feet of the petitioner. We will look up the addresses from a master town list. This method will save the Board from being assessed one-dollar for each abutter's name.~
7:30 Special Permit Request

Sonny Boudreau, a builder, represented Ms. Boucher. Abutters present were Larry and June Burleigh, 16 Craig Road. Ms. Boucher would like to tear down an existing portion of the house and add an additional 131 sq. ft. This construction would result in an alteration to a non-conforming lot. Ms. Burleigh had general questions regarding the Town's procedure for someone to obtain permission for home renovation.
A site review was scheduled for Wednesday, April 18, at 11 AM. A continuance was scheduled for May 1, at 7:30 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM.
